Welcome to the @hand Customer Support site!
As @hand expands it's support offerings, this site will be growing
regularly. We still have our phone and email support options
available, and have
added two new Support tools, the Customer Forums and the Support
Help Desk.
Customer Support Options
Forums:
The customer forums are the place to go for "How
To" type questions. Customers can come here to ask the
question, or
see if it's already been answered.
Support Help Desk:
This system will allow customers to enter their own issues in
our system, add attachments, track progress, get automatic email
responses when issues are updated, and view the history of their issues
including all resolutions. Product enhancements may also be
entered here, as we are committed to continually improving the quality
of our solutions.
Troubleshooting
Knowledge Base: Included in the Help Desk
system
is a searchable knowledge base, where Frequently Asked Questions, and
common troubleshooting steps will be available.
